Shipping Terms & Conditions
Travel Dog Tags offers 2 types of shipping methods for Australian customers which are explained below. Overseas orders are shipped using standard Air Mail.
Registered Post with Signauture on delivery: 6.00
By choosing the Registered post option, I understand that the postman will need to obtain a signature on delivery. I will be covered in the event that Australia Post
either damage or loose my package and after an Australia Post investigation I understand that once Australia Post confirm the loss, Travel Dog Tags will re-make and re-dispatch my order.
Express Post: 10.00
By choosing the Express post option, I understand that the postman will leave my package unattended at the delivery address provided and will take full responsibility if the said
package is lost or stolen.
*In the event of any damage claims, I understand that I may be asked to return the damaged tags to Travel Dog Tags at my own expense for examination. On receipt and confirmation that the tags are damaged, a re-make will be offered. I understand that a refund is not possible.
Please Note: Travel Dog Tags DO NOT take responsibility for delivery times. As you will understand it is totally out of our control once mail has been lodged with Australia Post. However we will give you all the information required via email so you can follow your order as soon as Australia Post scans it through. Through our experience, we recommend that if you have not received your goods after 5 business days you should check your tracking number(that we have already sent you via email) on the Australia Post website. This way you can see the latest information that has been provided by Australia Post.
* In the event that WE have made an error with addressing on any of the above 3 delivery methods and your package is returned to us then we will pay the cost to repost the item to you.
